Japan Art Press Refund Policy
Updated on 1st August 2025
Dear valued customer,
This policy is designed to safeguard both our customers and our company, Japan Card Collection, which is a part of Japan Art Press. It applies to all products and all types of wedding stationery, including:
- Wedding Invitations
- Boxed Invitations
- Favor Boxes
- Other Wedding Stationery
Our policies are fully transparent and reviewed by our Chief of Head and Top Management.
1. Order Process
- When you place an order in-store or online, you select and finalize your card.
- At the same time, we collect your RSVP or card text.
- You pay a 75% advance payment to confirm the order.
- We then create a draft (digital/soft copy) of the card text and design.
- The draft is sent to the customer for review and approval.
- Once the draft is approved by the customer, we proceed with printing.
- The remaining payment is collected, and the final package is delivered to the customer.
2. Changing Your Selection
If you want to change your card design or envelope, you may do so after giving the 75% advance and before printing, only within the same product category and price.
No additional charges will apply if the change meets the above conditions.
3.1 Refundable Conditions
Our policy is strict: after paying the 75% advance, refunds are limited.
If you change your mind before printing, you are eligible for a refund after deducting 25% from the total order amount.
Key point: The 25% deduction is always calculated from the total order amount (100%), not from the advance paid.
Example:
- Order Total: 100,000 PKR
- Advance Paid: 75% (75,000 PKR)
- If you cancel before printing, 25% of the total order amount (25,000 PKR) will be deducted, and the remaining 75,000 PKR will be refunded.
This is a non-negotiable policy and applies to all customers.
3.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
- Once you approve the final draft (digital card design or RSVP text), we immediately start printing your order to ensure timely delivery.
- After printing has begun, no refunds or cancellations are allowed, regardless of the reason.
- This policy is in place to maintain smooth operations, avoid delays, and ensure that all customers receive their orders on time.
- Please review your draft carefully before approval, as once approved, the order cannot be changed or refunded.
4. QR Code Disclaimer
Any QR Code you provide or want to include in your card is your responsibility.
Japan Art Press is not responsible for:
- Technical issues with the QR Code
- Payment limits or errors
- Fraud, scams, or any misuse related to the QR Code
Please ensure your QR Code is correct and valid before submitting it.
